Internet access services:

• Dial-up access (up to 56k)
• ISDN access (64/128k)
• Leased line access (dedicated 64k+)

Hosting services:

• Web site hosting (site hosted on ISP's server)
• Server hosting (co-location of client's server on ISP's network)

Security services:

• Security audits (testing of client's level of security)

Content development:

• Web site (development and maintenance of client's web site)
• Intranet (development and maintenance of client's internal content)

Specialised network services:

• Network management (maintenance of client's internal network)
• Virtual Private Network (VPN) services

SITA's client base is Government. SITA performs registrations in the clients' names for the .gov.za domain. Other domains, including .co.za, are generally registered by clients directly.
